Tuesday..the last day:(

Our week in Disney flew by, especially the last half.  On Tuesday we went back to Magic Kingdom for one last time. Happy Valentine's Day!!

We finally met Mickey!

We went to Tommorowland so Alyvia and Papa could ride Space Mountain one more time, per Alyvia's request.  We also all rode the People Mover, the Carousel of Time and Liv and I drove a car on the Speedway!  Papa took Alyvia and a very unsure Colson on the Tea Cups, but he had fun once they started spinning :)  Then Papa and Daddy left to go golfing...but the girls and Colson stuck around and had more fun at Magic Kingdom!  We rode The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Snow White's Scary Adventure, ate lunch and then finished up with Peter Pan's Flight.  Colson was a pro by the end, he was grabbing the safety bar to pull back to his tummy :)  We had to stop and hula hoop too!

Alyvia was so sweet at lunch.  Towards the end of our meal (we were sitting outside) some bees started bothering us.  We wrapped things up and were throwing our garbage out when a man asked if we were done with our table.  We told him yes and were getting our things together and Alyvia said "Just be careful, there are bees at this table!"  She's so sweet and funny :)  We did some shopping on our way out of Magic Kingdom and headed back to the hotel for some swimming!  It was nearly 80 degrees that day, but out of the pool was chilly-ahhh!  Alyvia wanted to swim so bad though, so Nana and I sucked it up and went too :)

We ended up eating in the room that night because all the restaurants were booked for Valentine's Day...I guess we should have made reservations.  It worked out good though because we ate and got packed up for our trip home the next morning :(  It was a great vacation and I'm so glad that we did it.  Yes, it's expensive and I know Cole won't remember it.  BUT, we'll pay it off soon and I'll remember it forever.  Thanks Disney, we'll be back!

Monday

Monday we took the boat over to Hollywood Studios.  I wasn't sure we were going to go here, but it was well worth it.  There are a LOT of character spots here and it was a fun place!

We rode on The Great Movie Ride-which scared Alyvia a bit (seriously?!  she rode Space Mountain twice!), watched the Disney Junior Live show-which Colson especially loved

watched Beauty & The Beast (good show)

Be Our Guest, Be Our Guest!

Then we went to the Honey, I Shrunk the Kids playground....where I may have briefly lost Alyvia (oops).  She went one way and I went the other, but a Disney worker found her and all was well :)  Next we met a few more characters....

Syd strapped Alyvia to a rocket!!!

Alyvia and Stinky Pete, the Prospector
Then we were finally able to use our Toy Story Mania fast passes (got them at 9:30 a.m. and our time for fast pass was 3:30!)  On our way to Tower of Terror, Alyvia spotted....

more face painting!  After that Livi and Papa rode Tower of Terror and Mommy, Daddy, Cole and Nana got ice cream :)  Livi, of course, loved the ride!

That night we had dinner at The Yacht Club.  Livi was so good, Cole was a little loud and a little crazy, but it was a good dinner.  Last day tomorrow :(

Sunday

I promise, I will get this done...it's just taking me awhile!  Sunday was COLD, warmer than home though.  Orlando had a nearly record low of 32 Saturday night and the high was only 54 on Sunday.  With the wind on top of on 40's-50's it was a tad chilly, especially in the morning.

We decided that we should go to Epcot because we could do a lot of things indoors.  Papa had to go to the bus terminal 1st to pick up Nana's camera that she left on the bus Friday night :)  The rest of us started off at Spaceship Earth...Alyvia was waiting for it to go fast the whole time :)
Next we headed over to the Imagination Pavilion and did Figment Journey Into Imagination and played at the Imageworks "playground of the future"

We went to Captain EO (blah) and then went to get lunch in "Mexico".

We had to wait a little for a table, so we rode The Gran Fiesta Tour starring The Three Amigos (Donald Duck boat ride!).  We finally ate our lunch (just o.k.) and then we saw Donald Duck outside!
Daddy, Alyvia and I rose Maelstrom in "Norway" while Nana and Papa walked with a sleeping Colson.  Then we headed back to The Land Pavilion and road "Soarin'"-Nana stayed with Colson :)  It was the best ride at Epcot I thought!  When Cole woke up we went to The Seas with Nemo, went on a "clamobile" ride and checked out the HUGE fish tank.  We started over towards the Test Track, but the wait was over an hour :(  So Papa and Alyvia did Mission: Space.  The workers apparently asked her at the front of the line if she wanted to go on the easier one or the one that spins-she enthusiastically said "the one that spins!".  So she went on a ride that has up to 2.4 G forces!  She came out smiling and saying "I saved Earf"!  We headed back to the room after and took a break before heading back to Epcot for "Illuminations" a laser and fireworks show. We had to buy blankets, but we enjoyed the show!

Despite the COLD temperatures, we had a great day!

Saturday

Saturday we went to Animal Kingdom!

I was excited to go because I had never been to this park before.  It is a HUGE park and you could easily spend 2 days navigating your way through it.  We started at The Lion King show-hand down the BEST show we saw the entire trip!!  Dancing, acrobats, lights, music, audience involvement-so good.  All of us had a great time there!

I wish I could describe the show better, but I would HIGHLY recommend it-even Alan said he wanted to see it again!  We grabbed an early lunch and then went to Africa for a Safari Adventure.  Poor Cole fell asleep and missed most of the animals...so we did it again later in the day too!  We saw almost all of the animals that they have, so neat.  The rhinos were SO close to us, one ran right behind our safari jeep!

Alyvia saw face painting on our way to the safari and I promised her she could get her face painted after so....
She loved it and it was really cute :)  Through the day we also went to the 3D show "It's Tough to be a Bug", Flights of Wonder bird show, rode the train to Rafiki's Planet Watch (eh, you could skip this) and Finding Nemo the musical.  We were all tired and it was getting chilly so we went to dinner at The Rainforest Cafe.  We got it right before a huge rush of people-great timing!  Colson had a really rough time at dinner-he was sooooo tired and Livi was exhausted too

Alyvia resting on "Haley Jaguar" who joined our family at Rainforest Cafe :)

Tired kids, but happy family!
